RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy


We want your purchase to be totally perfect for you. 
We’re happy to accept the return of unsuitable items as long as they are returned in original condition and packaging (within 14 days of receipt for UK customers). 
For hygiene reasons earrings and fascinators are excluded from our Returns Policy, and therefore cannot be returned.

Any returns requiring postage must be paid for by the customer. 
The exception being garments where recorded postage is required to ensure correct insurance. In this instance Ashton Jayne Bridal will pay 50% of the return postage. Ashton Jayne Bridal will NOT be held liable for any returns lost in transit. 

Goods returned must meet the following criteria:
All original tickets must be on goods and original packaging reusable.
Dresses must be without any marks or damage.

How do I return an item to you?

To return your order, please contact us at ashtonjayne@ashtonjaynebridal.com. We will send a Returns Form for you to complete. The Returns Form must be sent with your return item to Ashton Jayne Bridal, 7 Orwell Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 7HE

How long does a refund take?
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible (and, in any event, within 7 days of the day we received your returned product). We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds will be issued upon satisfaction of returned goods. E-mail confirmation will be sent.

Anything not meeting our standards will not be refunded.
In the event of unsatisfactory state of goods, we will provide written (in the form of E-mail or documentation) explaining as to our decision for not issuing refund. If required photographic evidence can be sent also.
